We work closely with each client to develop a program to fit their unique needs. Our objective is to help each person reach their goals in as little time as possible. Clients have the option of meeting in their own home, out in a park or at our Duplex where we have dedicated an entire apartment unit to an in-home training facility complete with a full bathroom and kitchen.
group training
Motivation is key to staying on track. Getting involved in group training sessions is a fun and effective way to stay motivated. Surround yourself with like-minded people and you’ll not only reach your goals sooner, you’ll play a big role in helping others do the same. You can join others while we workout online or in parks around town. We schedule both formats regularly throughout the month.
online coaching
This is the ultimate convenience. We offer the most flexible schedule to meet our client’s availability. We find this to be one of the best ways to accomplish corrective exercise work and to have detailed discussions on diet and nutrition.

One of the most challenging parts of the fitness journey is developing the healthy relationship with food. The diet can make or break the program. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, Jon will help you make the right decisions that will help optimize your recovery and boost your performance.
