Jon and Torie are health and wellness coaches and fitness enthusiasts with personal training certifications from NASM. Jon has specializations in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement and is also a Certified Nutrition Coach. Torie has roots in Yoga and has a strong focus on weight loss and improving mobility. She is an active lifestyle advocate and helps people achieve a balanced mind and body through developing connections with people and nature. Jon uses his background in Corrective Exercise to work with clients who are resuming normal activity after an injury or physical rehabilitation. Add to that his Performance Enhancement background and not only will Jon help restore proper mobility, he will improve overall function and athleticism. Jon is a breakthrough coach which means his typical client is someone who is facing a major transformation or challenge in life. His style of “durability training” is strongly based in functional exercise and is a deep dive into sports psychology. Jon and Torie are here to help clients of all walks of life find their focus and their fitness.

    I don’t just train clients, I teach them. I make people fit and mentally tough. My athletes learn to be focused and determined. They develop the right attitude and realize their unlimited potential. I don't build sandcastles, I make iron fortresses using a style of training called Durability Training. As a Transformation Coach I guide people on their journey to reach their mental and physical breakthroughs which are required for true transformations.

    Personal Training is a repetitive examination to better understand the athlete’s mind and body. It is the combination of science, philosophy and art to design a functional, optimal and sustainable course of action to help an individual reach their goals. We are all athletes. Whether it’s organized sports or the game of life, it’s my role as your coach to optimize your fitness and performance requirements to meet the demands of your life or sport. A strong body starts with a strong mind.

    • The process must be sensible and simple. It becomes effective when it is sustainable. Therefore I make it safe and engaging while making the challenges difficult but enjoyable.
