Think good thoughts

Think good thoughts. Easier said than done, especially for the busy-mind. Work on clearing out the clutter of distracting thoughts and you will have more room to focus on the things that really matter. Obsession can be good if it is healthy. Give yourself something healthy to focus on.

Accept yourself. It is where I start with every client I work with. We cannot truly change until we accept who we are and where we are on our journey. You have to be done blaming yourself and definitely done blaming others. Once you stop wasting energy on regret and feeling sorry for yourself you will find the energy you need to actually do what needs to be done.

Allow yourself to be loved. This is infinitely easier once you start to think good thoughts and accept yourself. Determination is driven by your spirit. Your spirit is fueled by the love you allow to fill your heart. Fill your heart with love and you will become an unstoppable force. People will notice and you will inspire others.
